The research was conducted at the time of January to February 2017. Data was collected from 100 samples to make the study informative. In Bangladesh, job opportunities for women is very limited as cultural barriers and less social mobility are the huge burden for women access in education, skill-development and productive human resources. Moreover, women are over burdened with household responsibilities. In spite of having so many problems, the Bangladeshi women keep an important role in receiving foreign exchange by using their labour in garments factory. At the same time they become an earning person in their family. The main focus of this paper is to identify the social and economical present situation of the garments women workers. The paper also triggers to reflect the social phenomena of the working women who are lower paid and living in discrimination. The objectives of the research are to demonstrate comprehensive understandings of the challenges that is faced by Bangladeshi garment women worker and to express some outlook on cultural tyranny that act disgracefully against women and make some suggestions on how to reduce the cultural barriers. The results showed that 54% respondents stated that financial need as the reason for coming to this service. The role of women in socio economic development is inadequate.
