EMPIRICAL STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN LOYALTY, MOTIVATION, SATISFACTION AND COMMITMENT OF TALENTS AT COMMERCIAL BANKS IN VIETNAM
The study was conducted to determine the
relationships between those factors: job satisfaction, loyalty, motivation,
commitment of talent at commercial banks. This research conducted with survey
of 882 bank’s talent at 115 branches and offices of several commercial banks in
Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces in the Southeast region during the
period of December 2016 to April 2017. This study used descriptive statistics
and factor analysis to confirm the positive relationships of the above factors and
the final result supported this. The results also showed that the relationship
between motivation and loyalty is the strongest, while the relationship between
Loyalty and Commitment is very weak.
