This research was conducted to find out the technology of egg production in Bangladesh. In this study impact analysis has established to represent the technology for egg production. Due to impact/structural change of modern technology (poultry and paddy farming) occurred, ‘Chow Test’ for impact analysis by Multiple Regression (MR) method was estimated mainly based on secondary sources. For poverty alleviation of Bangladesh, the government has given emphasis on poultry farming and paddy farming. Results showed that duck’s egg production increased by 0.05 million number per increase one million number of fowl’s egg during pre-modern technology period whereas it was decreased significantly by 0.49 million number per increase one million number of fowl’s egg during post-modern technology period. Condition of duck’s egg production during pre-modern technology was just opposite during post-modern technology (poultry farming and paddy farming). Results indicated poultry farming is the main affecting factor for lowering the production of duck’s egg. The result of ‘Chow Test’ (F5,10 = 4.28)  indicates that there is a great impact/change in structure of egg production due to emphasis on poultry farming. To produce more egg efficiently, duck farming is necessary. The government should emphasis not only poultry farming but also duck farming as a technology of egg production. Therefore, ‘duck farming’ is an important ‘Production Technology’ in measure to enhance egg production in Bangladesh.
