This research was conducted to identify the technology of livestock-skin exportation for enhancing foreign-earning using secondary data. Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) and System Simulation Matrix (SIMM) model were used to examine the long-run relationship between supply and price of goat meat and goat population in Bangladesh. Results of ECM model showed in long-run that 1% increased in goat meat price increased the supply of goat meat by 0.44% whereas in short-run by 0.25%. The results of SIMM model showed in the slaughter system at 5% slaughter of female breeding goat and slaughter of castrated goat at 100% can earn more foreign-exchange. Therefore, trade policy should be formulated by taking into account the feedback effects of goat meat supply and Bangladesh government should control the slaughter system for skin-export.
